This was a group project for my fist user experience class.  My role on this project was principle designer and researcher.  The project was a semester long project in which we had to take a really bad website and make it better from a usability standpoint.  We conducted in person research to find the major pain points in the current design.  Once we came up with a prototype we were able to conduct 2 rounds of usability testing to refine our design.  Prototyping was done by me in Balsomiq and later in Adobe XD.
